A 37-year-old Morris County man was arrested earlier this month for uploading child pornography to a social media platform, authorities announced. Richard Ferrarie-Lofredo, of Dover, uploaded media files depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said. A pair of 18-year-old men are facing charges for their roles in the attack of a female victim in Stafford, police said. Emergency response vehicles were at the scene of a tractor trailer crash in Fairfax County Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 24. According to the VDOT, several lanes of I-95 were closed near mile marker 166 south in Laurel Hill as of 1:10 p.m. The south left lane, left center lane, right center lane, and right lane were closed.

A Delaware County woman is facing charges for torturing animals in footage she shared online. Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, mutilated and tortured the chickens, frogs, and bunnies, in footage shared to YouTube and other social media platforms, multiple news outlets including 6abc and NBC10. A man was shot Monday night, Jan. 22 at a Hilton hotel in Alexandria, NBC Washington reports. It happened around 11:30 p.m. at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center on Seminary Road, the outlet said.
