Teen Who Opened Fire On Female Passenger In Arlington Arrested, Others Sought: Cops An 18-year-old man who was one of four people who opened fire on a vehicle last week in Arlington has been arrested, while three others remain at large, police said. Darnell Moore, Jr., of Arlington, and three other individuals approached a vehicle at S. Kemper Road and S. Oxford Street and began firing at it around 1: p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, county police said. The female passenger and the vehicle were struck. The driver continued to the 4000 block of S. Arsonist, 25, Booted By Brother Torches Trailer In Hagerstown: Cops A Hagerstown man has been charged with setting fire to his brother's utility trailer hauling brush this week, authorities announced. Christian Reyes Torres, 25, had been staying with his brother but was asked to leave on Thursday, Dec. 14, the State Fire Marshal's Office said. Torres later returned and began arguing with family members, and threatened to burn down the house, officials said. NJ Doc Accused Of Sexually Abusing Patients Now Charged With Insurance Fraud: Prosecutor A New Jersey doctor accused of sexually abusing six of his patients has now been charged with insurance fraud — as has his office manager, authorities said. Undercover Prostitution Bust Nets 5 Arrests At 2 Hotels Virginia: Sheriff Fugitives were among five people arrested in an undercover prostitution sting at two motels in Stafford County this week, authorities said.
