'Credible' Threat Prompts Restrictions At Lcti, Suspect In Custody: Admins An "external threat" received by Lehigh Career and Technical Institute administrators led to restrictions on campus on Tuesday, March 12, according to school officials.  LCTI did not describe the threat but said state police found it "credible." Philadelphia Fire Sends Five To Hospital, Officials Say More than 75 Philadelphia firefighters responded to an early morning blaze in Strawberry Mansion on Tuesday, March 12, according to authorities.  First responders were called to the 2800 block of Lehigh Avenue just after 3 a.m., a PFD spokesperson told Daily Voice.  Five people were treated at the scene by EMS and then taken to area hospitals, the department said.  Firefighters were on the scene for over an hour, they added.  PFD is reminding residents that free smoke alarms are available by calling 311 or 215-686-8686.
