Man Shot In Attempted Robbery On Cross County Parkway In Yonkers YONKERS, N.Y. -- Westchester County Police are investigating the shooting of a man during an attempted robbery on along the Cross County Parkway on Monday morning, according to LoHud.com. The man, said to be in his 20s, was found at approximately 5:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the chest.
