The 38-year-old was sentenced in Virginia on Friday, Sept. 25, to 258 years in prison, with 80 years suspended, for abducting Tatiana David before killing her during a wild shootout with Virginia State Police troopers along I-95.
Prince William County prosecutors announced the sentence on Monday, Sept. 28, nearly three and a half years after the chase ended in gunfire near mile marker 148.
David had been abducted from Ithaca, New York, on April 5, 2023, her 34th birthday.
