Body Found In Philadelphia Basement, Investigation Launched: Police Police detectives are investigating a death in Philadelphia's Port Richmond section.  A 62-year-old man was found dead in a home on the 3300 block of Livingston Street at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, police told Daily Voice. His name was not reported. Authorities said the man was located in a bathroom in the basement.  Police said that no weapons were found at the scene and that the cause of death is still under investigation.
