Missing PA Girl Has Lehigh Valley Ties, Police Say (Updated) Update: The subject of this report has been safely located, said Allentown police.  A missing child from Erie has family members in the Allentown area, city police say.  She was last seen in January, Allentown police wrote in a release. I-78 Crash: Multi-Vehicle Accident In Northampton County Multiple cars were involved in a wreck on Interstate 78 near Hellertown on Friday afternoon, Feb. 16, according to PennDOT.  It happened between Exit 67 to Hellertown/Bethlehem and Exit 60B to South 4th Street, the department said.  A lane restriction is in effect as of 2:50 p.m., officials said. Sex Offender With PA Address Arrested In New York, Police Say A convicted Pennsylvania sex offender was arrested in New York this week after police say he failed to comply with registry requirements.  Randall W. Rolison Jr. was taken into custody in Binghamton on Thursday, Feb. 15, said Morrisville Borough police.  Rolison was taken to the Broome County lockup awaiting his extradition back to Pennsylvania, the department said.  The state Megan's Law website says Rolison was previously convicted of sexual misconduct in New York. His last known address before absconding was in Morrisville, according to court records.

Chilling Police Video Shows Woman Assaulted In Philadelphia: Authorities Detectives are looking for a man caught on video assaulting a woman on a Philadelphia street.  It happened just before 8 p.m. Sunday night, Feb. 11 on the 400 block of East Girard Avenue in Fishtown, city police said in a release.  The suspect approached the 24-year-old victim from behind and made verbal threats before physically assaulting her, according to investigators. Armed Robber Who Beat Victim With Handgun Sought In Berks: Sheriff The Berks County Sheriff's Office is seeking a man accused of a gunpoint robbery near Reading's Pendora Park late last year.  It happened on Dec. 18, authorities said in a release.
