Man Charged With DWI After Crash On I-84 In Southeast SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Bridgeport, Conn., man with driving while intoxicated after an accident on Interstate 84 in Southeast on Monday, according to officials.  Troopers were dispatched to investigate a one-car accident that involved Jack B. Wessells, 32. Upon investigation, authorities suspected Wessells of being drunk, police said.  Wessells was transported to Danbury Hospital for evaluation. He is scheduled to appear in Southeast Court on Feb. 12, police said.
