Family Of Peekskill Man Killed In Tracy Morgan Crash Settles PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The family of Peekskill's James McNair, who was killed in the accident that seriously injured Tracy Morgan, has settled a wrongful death claim with Wal-Mart, according to LoHud.com.  Terms of the settlement were kept confidential, but the attorney representing the family said they were happy with the outcome, LoHud.com said.  The accident occurred on June 7 when a Wal-Mart truck slammed into a van carrying McNair, Morgan and several others. YONKERS, N.Y. --  Antwone Weatherspoon, a 16-yea-old reported missing in Yonkers a week ago, has returned home, according to News 12 Westchester. Weatherspoon, who is diagnosed with ADHD and is on medication, had last been seen at his home on Lawrence Street on Jan. 13, News 12 Westchester said.  It is unclear where the teen was during his absence from the home he shares with his older sister and legal guardian, the report said.
