PIERMONT, N.Y. -- Piermont resident Dr. Dolores Elaine Keller died on Friday, Jan. 29. She was 89.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Dr, Louis Greenstein and Ada Rosenberg on Oct. 29, 1926.
Keller received her doctorate degree from New York Universkty while raising her three children.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Croton-on-Hudson resident Nancy L. Adams died on Sunday, Jan. 31. She was 69.
She was born in Ossining, on April 27, 1946, to Earl James and Aletha N. (Rogers) Stephens.
Adams worked as a ticket agent for Metro-North and retired after more than 40 years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Howard "Boots" Adams; children Noah Adams and Jodi Anderson; siblings Brieant Stephens, Carol Wetherwax and Virginia Taggart; and grandchildren Noah Adams Jr., Dennis Adams and Jordan Anderson.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Longtime White Plains resident Dominic P. Shiels died on Friday, Jan. 29. He was 89.
He was born March 14, 1926, in Dublin, Ireland, to Dominic and Annie (Fottrell) Shiels.
He married Kathleen (Greene) Shiels on Jn. 28, 1952, in Dublin, Ireland.
Shiels was an aircrew member of the Royal Air Force's Bomber Command during World War II. He and his wife immigrated to America in 1957, settling in White Plains.
Shiels was a power and chemical engineer and retired in the 1980s. He was a licensed pilot and a member of the Westchester County Volunteer Firemen's Association, …

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester resident Madaline Pecora died on Sunday, Jan. 31. She was 87.
Pecora is survived by her children Anthony, Ann Marie Gubello and Sally Ann LaBella; her sister Angelina Messina; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Peter, brother Santo Mazzuca, and sister Theresa Picarelli.

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Former Stamford resident Ruth (Carter, Binegar) Puzzio died Dec. 31. She was 93.
Puzzio enjoyed a 30-year career with Champion International, working at their locations in Hamilton, Ohio, New York City and Stamford. After retiring, she lived in Ludington, Mich. and Mesa, Ariz. She enjoyed travel, visiting many exotic locations worldwide and entertaining her family and numerous friends.

KATONAH, N.Y. -- Richard H."Richie" Hubert -- a longtime Katonah resident, formerly of the Bronx -- died Saturday, Jan. 30. He was 75.
Hubert was born Jan. 19, 1941, in Denville, N.J. to Harold and Gladys (Welfare) Hubert.
Hubert served in the Army during the Korean War. He retired from bus-driving for the Pioneer Bus Company, in the Bronx.
