Parents are invited to tour the center, located on Sacred Heart’s campus, 1177 King St., Greenwich. Donald Fuenning, 83, Lifelong Elmwood Park Resident ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Lifelong Elmwood Park resident Donald Fuenning died Friday, Jan. 8. He was 83. Born in East Paterson -- now known as Elmwood Park -- Fuenning was a lifelong resident of the borough. He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corp in Alaska in the 1950s. Fuenning was the co-owner of Fuenning Florist in Elmwood Park his whole life. He enjoyed baseball and the Pacers. His is survived by his brother Albert; nieces Patricia and Kathleen; and cousins Ida and Florence. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Irma (Cerette) Fuenning.
