Elizabeth 'Betty' Fromm, 84, White Plains
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains resident Elizabeth "Betty" Fromm died Monday, Jan. 11. She was 84.
Born in White Plains, Fromm was a Realtor for Rand Realty for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Martin Fromm; children Nancy Cogswell of Cross River, Charles Eveleno of Naples, Fla., Elizabeth Eveleno of Danbury, Conn. and Lisa Arnhold of Valley Cottage; sisters Ursula Ciulla and Eleanor Mogavero; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by four brothers and one sister.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Fairfield resident Judith Skier Brown died on Tuesday, Jan. 12. She was 67.Brown loved being with her family, baking, gardening, entertaining and playing golf.
She was involved in the community, and served on the boards of the Jewish Home for the Elderly, Operation Hope, Bridgeport Hospital Women's Auxiliary and the Birchwood Country Club.

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Bronxville resident Claire "Clara" Catalina, formerly of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Monday, Jan. 11. She was 97. She was born to Joseph and Marie Elizabeth Call in Sykesville, Pa., on Oct. 12, 1918.

WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- Wappingers Falls resident JoAnn O'Connor died on Saturday, Jan. 9. She was 65.
She was born in Peekskill in 1950 to Alice and Thomas Lape.
O'Connor was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James O'Connor; sons James O'Connor, Jon Burch and Christopher Burch; six grandchildren; and sisters Susan Gancaz, Nancy Craig and Diane Liebermann.
O'Connor was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Lape.
Visitation and a prayer service will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 64 E. Main St., in Wappingers Falls.
