Antonio Velazquez II, 50, Northvale Resident NORTHVALE, N.J. -- Antonio Velazquez II, a Northvale resident and formerly of Union City, died Sunday, Jan. 3. He was 50. A U.S. Army veteran, Velazquez also was a graduate of La Salle Academy and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He worked for New York Life as an insurance agent. Velazquez enjoyed kung fu and collecting comic books, and he was a political science, music, science fiction and sports car enthusiast. Terenzi had a long, proud career of public service, both in the Village of Port Chester and beyond its borders. He was first elected to the Port Chester Board of Trustees in 1988, and he served until 1994. He was re-elected in 2010 and 2013.
