White Plains' Ebersole Ice Rink Hosts Valentine's Day Teen Night WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The City of White Plains Recreation and Parks Department invites all teens to head over to Ebersole Ice Rink for a special Teen Night for Valentine's Day on Feb. 14 from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Teens can enjoy their very own ice skating session, plus music and dancing in the warming room with a disc jockey.
