Bridgeport's Bullard-Havens Tech Gets More Than $1M In State Funds BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The State Bond Commission approved $1 million for infrastructure and technology improvements at Bullard-Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport as well as an additional $470,000 in state funding last month. The $1 million will go toward replacing outdated equipment, upgrading machines and computer  numerical controlled technology, including facility infrastructure to support new technology.
