Xpect Discounts To Shut Down In Danbury By March  DANBURY, Conn. -- Regional grocery chain Xpect Discounts announced it will shutter its Danbury location by March 1, according to newstimes.com.  Company officials said they decided not to renew the lease on the location on Newtown Road, near Exit 8 of I-84. Man Charged With DWI After Crash In Patterson PATTERSON, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Brewster barracks charged a Connecticut man with aggravated driving while intoxicated following an accident at the intersection of Routes 22 and 311 on Wednesday. Richard J. Seyfried Jr., 52, was allegedly traveling north on Route 22 when his car crashed into an earth embankment. Troopers who arrived on the scene suspected Seyfried of being intoxicated, police said.  Seyfried supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent.
