Henry Ernest Bodeker, 66, Lifelong Hawthorne Resident HAWTHORNE, N.Y. -- Henry Ernest Bodeker, a lifelong resident of Hawthorne, died on Wednesday, Feb.17. He was 66. Born in White Plains, Bodeker was an Army veteran. He worked for White Plains Hospital Center for 43 years as a technician and recently retired. He was also a proud life member of the Hawthorne Fire Department and a member of various fire department marching bands. Bodeker is survived by his nephew, William Bodeker of Plainview, and by his sister-in-law, Noelle Bodeker of Mohegan Lake.
