Harry Jack Nishanian, 76, Dumont Resident
DUMONT, N.J. -- Dumont resident Harry Jack Nishanian died on Sunday, Feb. 14. He was 76.
Born in Paterson, Nishanian was a printer with Amalgamated Lithographers of America Local No. 1. He also started Multi Measures, a floor measuring business, with his childhood friend of 72 years, Frank Jodice.
Nishanian served in the Army National Guard. He was a fanatic about his lawn and garden, was a devoted New York Giants football fan, and loved to decorate for the holidays.

Benjamin Iacovelli, 87, East Rutherford Resident
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Benjamin Joseph Iacovelli -- an East Rutherford resident of 17 years, who formerly lived in Lyndhurst for 25 years -- died on Monday, Feb. 15. He was 87.
A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, Iacovelli retired from Hummel Corp., in Kearny, where he was a machinist for 20 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Lyndhurst, as well as an avid golfer and bowler.

RIDGEFIELD, N.J. -- Ridgefield resident Maria (nee Attisano) Marrone died on Tuesday, Feb. 16. She was 79.
Born in Italy, Marrone was a seamstress at Evan Picone, in North Bergen, before she retired.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Benedetto Marrone; daughter Francesca Marrone; siblings Carlo Attisano and his wife Carol, George Attisano and his wife Phyllis, and Rosanna Mariani; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

DEMAREST, N.J. -- Charles J. Orlando Jr. -- a Somesville, Maine, resident, formerly of Demarest -- died on Sunday, Feb. 14. He was 81.
Orlando was assistant treasurer for Columbia Presbyterian Hospital for 34 years.
He is survived by his children, Alison Goerg and her husband Mark of Harrington Park, and Charles III of Harrington Park; grandchildren Alexandra and Victoria Zagorski and Nicholas, Nenagh and Francesca Goerg; and sister Joan Geiselhart and her family.

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Frances A. Lapinski (Lettieri) Ralston, of Bergenfield, died on Monday, Feb. 15. She was 84.
Ralston was a lab supervisor at Englewood Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Lapinski, and her brothers, Nunzio, Gerard and Frank Lettieri.

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Geraldine Rose Grady -- a resident of Ossining, formerly of Yonkers -- died on Tuesday, Feb. 16. She was 76.
Born in Yonkers, Grady graduated from Sacred Heart High School. She was a retired supervisor with the Westchester County Department of Social Services.
She was a parishioner of St. Ann's Church, in Ossining.
