She was 93.  Macdonald was born June 17, 1921 to Delbert and Mary Tompkins, in the Town of Cortlandt. She attended Toddville School and graduated from Peekskill High School in 1939. Macdonald married Holland S. Macdonald in 1948 and they lived in Yorktown until his death in 1984. She relocated to Danville, Va., in 2010.
